1 Day Trenchless Sewer Repair did an amazing job. Due to the team coming from out of state, (we don’t have many plumbers in Northern Michigan that can do the type of work that needed to be done ) they didn’t exactly know the extent of the damage to be repaired. I had to have outdoor as well as indoor sewer line repairs. Because of that, it took a bit of extra time. Even though they hadn’t anticipated so much damage to repair, they stuck around until the job was finished. They were very hard workers and barely took any breaks. They were kind, respectful and professional. It was a very stressful time as I had recently purchased the home and the sellers were not honest on the sellers disclosure, so I was pretty stressed out. After several years of plumbing repairs it was time to find a permanent solution to our problems. I work out of my home and couldn’t go the traditional method of tearing up floors and potentially not able to work for months. Vince and his crew lined our plumbing pipes about 8 months ago. All the work was done outside. They do a green job cleaning up when they are done as well. We haven’t had any backup issues. Highly recommend!
Vince was a life saver many companies told me my whole house would have to be dug up and we would have to move out for atleast a week. 1 day trenchless was the best priced and only damage was a little square out of my laundry room dry wall. New sewer line and repipe! They were so neat and professional!! I highly recommend them!!!
Was having issues with septic backing up into the house, they came out and used a camera and showed me the problem with my main line and they used pipe lining to fix it only had one hole inside the house. Very professional and on time . Everything is working as it should. Thanks vince
We were having issues with our sewer backing up in our HOA and being out of town homeowners it wasn't easy trying to coordinate the repairs. We were told by one plumber that we were going to need to excavate the line to replace it, which a camera inspection revealed was corroded and subsequently clogged with dirt and debris. After doing some research I found 1 Day and Vince was able to come out and clean out the line with a hydrojet and then completed another camera inspection to see how bad the issue was once the pipes were cleaned out. They determined it was definitely corroded cast iron but it was repairable with a liner so we gave them the go-ahead to get it done. We were very happy with the process and how up-front they were on what the issue was and how to fix it. We saved several thousand dollars and a ton of hassle not having to actually excavate and expose pipe. Very happy with the service that was provided.
Vince and Dani were amazing from the get go! They came and inspected the same day I phoned, and were able to fit us in within a few days. The process was great and we were able to use our water again the same day. Very professional and explanatory. We were told by many companies, that we would have to rip our old pipes out however having witnessed this process, pipe lining is truly amazing and should be a go to for people with old pipes etc before considering digging your house up. These guys are amazing.!!! The technicians were 100% professional - they were great communicators - updating me throughout the day- and successfully replaced ALL our plumbing pipes (they were deteriorating cast iron) in our slab home without trenching or damaging any flooring in our home. For my situation, it ended up taking 2 days instead of 1- but they let me know that ahead of time, and made sure that for most of the time we had one working toilet available. The process is quiet (it never woke the baby!). Very considerate, friendly and most importantly - they are masters of the trenchless technology! I HIGHLY recommend these guys!!!
